🌿 Thursday, March 26, 2026✨ Stay the Course ✨

đź“– Scripture (KJV)

2 Thessalonians 3:13“But ye, brethren, be not weary in well doing.”

Hebrews 12:1–2“…let us run with patience the race that is set before us,Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith…”

1 Corinthians 15:58“…be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord…”

✍️ Devotional Thought

There comes a point in every writing journey where the excitement fades…

The beginning was full of ideas. The middle feels long. And the finish line can seem far away.

This is where many writers are tempted to stop.

Not because they don’t have a calling…but because they feel tired.

Writing takes time.It takes focus. It takes perseverance.

And sometimes… it takes pushing through when you don’t feel inspired.

But 2 Thessalonians gently reminds us:Do not grow weary in doing good.

Writing what God has called you to write is good work.

Even when it feels slow.Even when it feels unnoticed.Even when it feels hard.

Hebrews tells us to run with patience the race set before us.

Your writing journey is not a sprint.

It’s a race of endurance.

And you are not running it alone.

Jesus—the Author and Finisher of your faith—is with you every step of the way.

He knows the message. He knows the purpose. He knows the ending.

Your role is not to rush ahead…

Your role is to stay the course.

Keep showing up.Keep writing.Keep trusting.

1 Corinthians reminds us to be steadfast and unmovable in the work God has given us.

That means:

✍️ Writing when you feel inspired✍️ Writing when you don’t✍️ Writing when progress feels slow✍️ Writing when it feels like no one sees

Because God sees.

And He is using every word.

🌿 Thursday Reflection

Am I feeling weary in my writing journey?

What has tempted me to slow down or stop?

How can I stay consistent and faithful this week?

🙏 Prayer

Father,Thank You for the calling You have placed on my life. When I feel tired or discouraged, remind me why I started. Strengthen me to keep going, even when the journey feels long. Help me stay faithful, focused, and grounded in You. Guide my words and give me endurance to finish what You have begun in me.In Jesus’ name, Amen.

đź’ś Thursday Author Encouragement

Don’t quit.Don’t lose heart.Don’t step away from the calling.

Stay the course.

God is not finished with your story. ✍️📖✨
