"Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever."— Hebrews 13:8

Devotional Thought

Life changes.

Seasons change.

People we love leave footprints on our hearts and memories we treasure forever.

But through every season of grief, one thing never changes:

God remains faithful.

When emotions change from day to day…

When grief comes unexpectedly…

When healing seems slow…

His love remains constant.

The same God who held you yesterday will hold you today and tomorrow.

There may be moments when sorrow feels heavy and memories bring tears.

There may be days when you wonder if you are making progress at all.

But God's faithfulness is not measured by your feelings.

His promises do not change with the seasons.

He is just as near in the valley as He is on the mountaintop.

He is just as loving on the hard days as He is on the joyful days.

And even when life feels uncertain, His presence remains steadfast.

Friend, you may not know what tomorrow holds, but you can rest in knowing Who holds tomorrow.

The same God who has carried you this far will continue to carry you through every season ahead.

Prayer

Lord,

Thank You for being the unchanging God in a world filled with change. Through every season of grief, every tear, and every memory, help us trust Your faithfulness. Thank You for never leaving us and for loving us with an everlasting love. Give us peace for today and hope for tomorrow.

In Jesus' Name, Amen.
