Welcome to another beautiful day the Lord has given us! I pray you've had a wonderful week so far and that today brings new opportunities to see God's hand at work in your life.

Life moves quickly. The days become weeks, the weeks become months, and before we know it another season has arrived. Yet through every change, one thing remains constant—God never changes.

His promises are just as true today as they were thousands of years ago.

So, grab your favorite cup of coffee, settle into your favorite chair, and let's spend a few moments together growing in God's Word, learning from history, celebrating our heritage, and finding encouragement for today.

📖 Today's Bible Reading

Isaiah 40:28–31 (KJV)

"Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary?..."

"But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles..."

Waiting is one of the hardest things we do.

We pray.

We hope.

We trust.

Sometimes we wonder why the answer hasn't come.

But waiting on God is never wasted time.

While we are waiting, He is strengthening us, preparing us, and teaching us to trust Him more deeply.

If you're feeling tired today, remember:

God never grows weary.

He is your strength.

He is your hope.

And He will carry you through.

July 16, 1969

Apollo 11 launched from Kennedy Space Center on its historic mission to the moon. Just four days later, Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin would become the first humans to walk on the moon.

This incredible achievement reminds us that God has given mankind curiosity, creativity, and the ability to accomplish remarkable things.

Yet even as we marvel at the heavens, we remember Who created them.

🎉 Today's Holidays & Summer Fun

July is one of the busiest months for making memories.

🌻 Gardens are overflowing with fresh vegetables and colorful flowers.

🚤 Families are enjoying boating, fishing, and afternoons at the lake.

🏕️ Campfires, s'mores, and camping trips continue to create memories that last a lifetime.

🍉 Watermelon, peaches, sweet corn, and homemade ice cream remind us of the simple joys of summer.

Whether you're spending today at work, on vacation, or simply relaxing at home, don't forget to pause and thank God for the little blessings that often become our favorite memories.

🌻 Inspiration for Today

Sometimes the greatest victories don't happen in a single moment.

They happen one faithful step at a time.

One prayer.

One act of kindness.

One encouraging word.

One day of choosing faith over fear.

Don't become discouraged if you're still waiting for your breakthrough.

God is still working.

Your story isn't finished yet.

Trust Him.

The best chapters may still be ahead.

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for another beautiful day and for the promise that You renew our strength when we place our hope in You.

Help us to wait patiently, trust completely, and follow faithfully wherever You lead.

Thank You for the blessings of family, friends, freedom, and the beauty of Your creation.

May our lives reflect Your love through kindness, compassion, and encouragement.

Bless each person reading this today.

Strengthen the weary.

Comfort the grieving.

Heal the hurting.

Encourage the discouraged.

And remind each of us that You are always faithful.
