🎁 Christmas Craft Countdown – Day 23 (December 1)


Craft: “Snowman Sock Cup Cozy” ☃️❄️☕

Theme: A cozy, cute snowman that keeps your drinks warm — and your heart happy.

This craft is fun, easy, and perfect for gifting or using on your holiday cocoa mugs!

❤️ What You’ll Need:

  • White sock (ankle or crew)

  • Felt (orange, black, red)

  • Googly eyes or black buttons

  • Pom-poms (optional)

  • Hot glue gun

  • Scissors

  • Ribbon or twine

  • Your favorite mug or cup

✨ Directions:

1. Cut the Sock

Cut the ankle part of the sock off — this creates the stretchy cozy that slides around your cup.You should end up with a little white “tube.”

2. Create the Snowman Face

Glue on:

  • Googly eyes or tiny black buttons

  • A small orange felt triangle for the carrot nose

  • Little black felt dots or buttons for the mouth

Slide it onto your mug to find the perfect placement.

3. Add the Scarf

Cut a strip of red felt or use ribbon.Tie it around the mug as the snowman’s scarf.Trim the ends to look cute and cozy.

4. Decorate

Add:

  • Pom-poms for earmuffs

  • Two small strips of pipe cleaners for the earmuff band

  • Buttons glued down the front

  • A small tag with the word “JOY” or “Let it Snow”

5. Slide It On

Your mug now has its own little snowman sweater!Perfect for cocoa, coffee, or gifting to a friend.
