Finish Strong

Scripture:

2 Timothy 4:7 (KJV)

"I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:"

Galatians 6:9 (KJV)

"And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not."

Hebrews 12:1 (KJV)

"...let us run with patience the race that is set before us,"

As we approach the final days of June, it is tempting to look back and focus on what we didn't accomplish.

Perhaps there are chapters left unwritten.

Goals left unfinished.

Dreams that are taking longer than expected.

But God never called us to measure success solely by results.

He calls us to be faithful.

Paul could confidently say that he had fought the good fight and kept the faith.

He understood that faithfulness matters.

Perseverance matters.

Finishing strong matters.

The Christian writing journey is not a sprint.

It is a marathon.

There will be seasons of excitement and seasons of waiting.

There will be days when inspiration flows easily and days when writing feels difficult.

Yet through it all, God calls us to remain faithful.

Galatians reminds us not to grow weary in doing good.

There is a harvest coming.

Not necessarily according to our timetable.

Not always in the way we expect.

But according to God's perfect timing.

Perhaps June did not go exactly as you planned.

But if you are still trusting, still believing, and still writing, then God is still working.

Do not allow unfinished goals to discourage you.

Instead, thank God for the progress He has allowed you to make.

Celebrate every page written.

Celebrate every lesson learned.

Celebrate every prayer answered.

And continue moving forward with hope.

Because the story is not over.

The Author of your life is still writing.

And He is faithful to complete what He has begun.

Prayer:

Father, thank You for bringing me through another month. Thank You for every lesson, every opportunity, and every step of progress. Help me not to become discouraged by unfinished goals, but to remain faithful to the calling You have placed on my life. Give me strength to finish strong and confidence to trust You with every chapter that lies ahead. In Jesus' name, Amen.
