📖 Agape Love Daily Bible Study Community🌿 June Theme: Faith During Waiting✨ Monday Bible Study – June 1st, 2026🔥 When God's Timing Is Different Than Yours
🕊 Key Scripture (KJV)
“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”— Isaiah 40:31
đź’Ž Devotional Thought
Waiting is rarely easy.
We pray for answers...We pray for healing...We pray for open doors...
And sometimes those answers do not come as quickly as we hoped.
In those moments, it can be tempting to wonder:
✨ "God, where are You?"✨ "Why is this taking so long?"✨ "Have You forgotten me?"
But God's delays are not God's denials.
🌿 God's timing is always perfect, even when it feels different than ours.
The truth is, God sees what we cannot see.
He knows:
• What needs to happen first• What needs to grow within us• What needs to be prepared around us
Sometimes the waiting season is not punishment.
✨ It's preparation.
While we are waiting for God to work around us...
He is often working within us.
Building:
🌿 Stronger faith🌿 Greater trust🌿 Deeper patience🌿 Closer dependence on Him
Isaiah 40:31 doesn't say those who rush ahead will find strength.
It says:
🌿 Those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.
The waiting season may feel long...
But it is never wasted when God is in it.
🙏 Prayer
Lord, help me trust Your timing even when I do not understand it.
When I grow impatient or discouraged, remind me that You are still working behind the scenes.
Strengthen my faith during this season of waiting and help me believe that Your plans are always worth waiting for.
✍️ Reflection Questions
• What am I currently waiting on God for?• How have I seen God work through waiting seasons in the past?• What might God be teaching me during this season?
🌿 Today's Challenge
Instead of asking, "When will this happen?"
Ask:
✨ "Lord, what are You teaching me while I wait?"
Listen carefully for His answer.
