🔥 God Is Working Behind the Scenes

💎 Devotional Thought

One of the hardest parts of waiting is that we cannot always see what God is doing.

We pray…

We trust…

We hope…

Yet everything around us seems unchanged.

But just because we don't see movement doesn't mean God is inactive.

🌿 God specializes in working behind the scenes.

Think about Joseph.

While he sat in prison, it probably seemed like nothing was happening.

But God was arranging circumstances.

Preparing hearts.

Opening doors.

Positioning Joseph exactly where he needed to be for God's purpose to unfold.

And often, God does the same in our lives.

While we wait:

✨ God is opening doors we cannot yet see.

✨ God is protecting us from things we do not understand.

✨ God is preparing people and circumstances.

✨ God is building our faith and character.

Many of God's greatest miracles begin long before we ever recognize them.

That's why Romans 8:28 reminds us that God is working all things together for good.

Not some things.

Not easy things.

🌿 All things.

Even delays.

Even disappointments.

Even unanswered questions.

God wastes nothing.

And while you may not understand the process…

You can trust the One who is directing it.

Because behind every unseen detail stands a God who sees the whole picture.

🙏 Prayer

Lord, thank You for working even when I cannot see it.

Help me trust You during seasons when answers seem hidden and progress feels slow.

Strengthen my faith and remind me that You are always working for my good and Your glory.

Teach me to rest in Your promises and trust Your unseen hand.

• Am I discouraged because I cannot see immediate results?

• How has God worked things out in ways I didn't understand at first?

• What areas of my life do I need to trust Him with more fully?

🌿 Today's Challenge

Whenever you are tempted to think, "Nothing is happening," remind yourself:

✨ "God is working behind the scenes."

Choose trust over fear and faith over doubt.
