💎 Devotional Thought

One of the hardest things to do is let go of control.

We want answers.We want certainty.We want to fix things ourselves.

But sometimes life brings situations that are simply beyond our control.

And in those moments, we have a choice:

🌿 Will we carry the weight…or will we give it to God?

1 Peter 5:7 reminds us to cast all our cares upon Him.

Not just the small worries.Not just the easy things.

✨ All of it.

The fears.The unknowns.The burdens you’ve silently carried for far too long.

God never asked you to hold everything together by yourself.

🌿 He asked you to trust Him.

Trust means believing that even when you cannot see the outcome…

God is still working.

It means surrendering:

• The situation you cannot change• The answer you cannot force• The future you cannot predict

And placing it into the hands of the One who already knows the ending.

🌿 Peace begins where control ends.

The more tightly we hold onto worry, the heavier it becomes.

But when we release it to God…

✨ Freedom begins to rise.

🙏 Prayer

Lord, help me release the things I cannot control.Teach me to trust You more deeply and stop carrying burdens You never intended for me to carry alone.

Fill my heart with peace and remind me that You are already working, even when I cannot see it.
