Guilt and shame have a way of holding on…

Even after God has already let it go.

You may know you’re forgiven…You may believe God loves you…

But deep down, you still feel:

• “I should have done better…”• “I can’t believe I did that…”• “I’m not worthy…”

But here’s the truth:

🌿 Guilt reminds you of what you did.Shame tries to tell you who you are.

And neither one has authority over you anymore.

Romans 8:1 makes it clear:

🌿 There is NO condemnation for those who are in Christ.

Not some condemnation…Not a little condemnation…

✨ None.

That means:

God is not holding your past over youGod is not replaying your mistakesGod is not defining you by your failures

So why do we?

Sometimes we hold onto what God has already released.

But freedom begins when you agree with God:

🌿 You are forgiven.You are restored.You are made new.

You don’t have to carry guilt—Jesus already carried it for you.

You don’t have to live in shame—God has already covered it with grace.

🌿 Let it go—and walk free.

Lord, thank You for Your forgiveness and grace.Help me release all guilt and shame that I’ve been holding onto.

Remind me that I am not condemned, but completely forgiven in You.Help me walk confidently in the freedom You have given me.
