🌿 “He Is Your Refuge” 🌿

Good morning, beautiful soul.

Life can feel overwhelming at times.

Storms come without warning…Troubles arise unexpectedly…And sometimes we just need a safe place to rest.

In those moments, it’s easy to look for comfort in things around us.But true refuge is not found in circumstances—it is found in God.

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”— Psalm 46:1 (KJV)

A refuge is a place of safety.A place where you can breathe again.A place where you are protected and covered.

That is who God is for you.

Not distant…Not unavailable…

But a very present help.

Right here.Right now.

“The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.”— Proverbs 18:10 (KJV)

When life feels heavy… run to Him.

When fear rises… run to Him.

When you don’t know what to do… run to Him.

You don’t have to face anything alone.

God is your shelter in the storm.Your peace in the chaos.Your strength when you feel weak.

He is your refuge.

So today…

Instead of trying to carry everything on your own—take a moment to rest in His presence.

Let Him cover you.

Where have I been trying to handle things on my own instead of running to God as my refuge?

Father,Thank You for being my refuge and my strength. When life feels overwhelming, help me to run to You instead of trying to handle everything on my own. Cover me with Your peace and remind me that I am safe in Your presence. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
