Like the world keeps moving…people go on with their lives…and your pain feels quietly carried within.

You may smile on the outside…but inside, your heart is still processing so much.

And sometimes, it can feel like no one truly sees what you’re walking through.

But God does.

Psalm 34:15 reminds us:

His eyes are on you.His ears hear your cry.

Not just the words you speak—but the silent cries of your heart.

The ones you can’t explain.The ones you don’t always have the strength to share.

God sees every tear.He hears every whispered prayer.He understands every emotion that rises within you.

You are not overlooked.

You are not invisible.

You are deeply seen by the One who knows you completely.

So today, if you feel unseen…

Take comfort in this truth:

God sees you right where you are.

In your grief.In your healing.In every step of this journey.

And He is near.
