Theme: A Quiet Spirit, A Clear VoiceScripture:“Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10 (KJV)

In a world that never slows down, writers often feel pressure to produce, create, publish, and perform. But God doesn’t ask you to write from a frantic mind — He invites you to write from a still spirit.

Stillness is not silence.Stillness is focus.Stillness is faith.Stillness is the sacred space where God whispers wisdom, truth, and inspiration that can’t be heard in the noise.

When you choose to quiet your heart before Him, your words become clearer. Your message becomes stronger. Your purpose becomes steadier. God is not found in the rushing, but in the resting. He meets you in the quiet and fills your thoughts with the direction, peace, and creativity you need.

As an author, your greatest strength doesn’t come from talent — it comes from time spent in His presence. Let Him slow your pace, calm your heart, and align your words with His will.

Your writing will always be richest when it comes from a soul at peace in God.

Reflection Prayer:

Lord, make my heart still before You today. Quiet every worry, distraction, and pressure so I can hear Your voice clearly. Guide my thoughts and words, and let everything I write flow from Your peace and presence. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Today’s Challenge:Take two minutes of silence before writing. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and imagine handing every pressure to God. Then write from a quiet spirit and a clear heart.
