🕊️ Key Scripture (KJV):“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.”— John 10:27
📚 Devotional Thought:
Living close to the Lord means learning to listen.
God is always speaking—but in the busyness of life, His voice can be crowded out by noise, worry, and distraction. Jesus reminds us that His sheep hear His voice. That hearing comes from relationship, time, and trust.
God often speaks quietly.Through His Word.Through prayer.Through the gentle prompting of the Holy Spirit.
When we rush ahead without listening, we may find ourselves walking in our own will instead of His. But when we slow down and seek His voice, clarity begins to replace confusion.
Listening to God requires a surrendered heart—one that is willing not just to hear, but to follow. Sometimes God’s voice brings comfort. Sometimes it brings correction. But it always brings truth and love.
Today is an invitation to quiet your heart and lean in. The closer we walk with God, the more familiar His voice becomes.
🙏 Prayer Prompt:
Lord, help me recognize Your voice above all others. Quiet my heart and remove distractions that keep me from hearing You clearly. Teach me to listen, trust, and follow You daily.
✍️ Reflection Questions:
• What usually distracts me from hearing God’s voice?• How do I recognize when God is speaking to my heart?• What step of obedience might God be calling me to take today?
✨ Encouragement for Today
God is not distant. He is not silent. He is speaking to hearts that are willing to listen.
Stay close. Lean in. His voice will guide you. 💜📖
