  • 1 tablespoon oil or butter

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

🔥 Chuckwagon Cooking Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven or Dutch oven to 375°F.

3️⃣ Add onion and garlic; cook until soft and fragrant.

4️⃣ In a bowl, mix cream soup, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.

5️⃣ Layer potatoes over the beef mixture.

6️⃣ Pour creamy mixture evenly over the potatoes.

7️⃣ Cover and bake for 40–45 minutes until potatoes are tender.

8️⃣ Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake uncovered another 5 minutes until melted and bubbly.

🥄 Chuckwagon Serving Tip
