Summer weekends are made for slowing down, spending time with family, and gathering around the table. This weekend we're serving up three hearty chuckwagon favorites full of comfort and flavor!
🌄 Friday, June 19, 2026
🔥 Cowboy Campfire Loaded Philly Cheesesteak Potato Bake 🔥

🥩🥔🧀 Ingredients
1½ lbs steak strips
5 medium potatoes, diced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Brown steak strips in a cast iron skillet.
2️⃣ Add peppers, onions, and garlic and cook until tender.
3️⃣ Stir in potatoes and seasonings.
4️⃣ Top with cheese.
5️⃣ Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until bubbly.

Serve with a side salad and warm rolls. 🥗

🔥 Cowboy Campfire Bacon Ranch Chicken Sliders 🔥

🍗🥓🧀 Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
6 slices bacon, crumbled
1 packet ranch seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 Hawaiian rolls
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Mix chicken, bacon, ranch seasoning, and cheese.
2️⃣ Slice rolls in half and place bottoms in a baking dish.
3️⃣ Spread chicken mixture evenly.
4️⃣ Place tops on rolls.
5️⃣ Brush with melted butter and garlic powder.
6️⃣ Bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes.

Serve with potato chips and fresh fruit. 🍉

🔥 Cowboy Campfire Sunday Chicken Pot Pie Casserole 🔥

🥧🍗🥕 Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 can refrigerated biscuits
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F.
2️⃣ Combine chicken, soup, vegetables, milk, and seasoning.
3️⃣ Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
4️⃣ Top with biscuits and sprinkle cheese over the top.
5️⃣ Bake for 25–30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.

Serve with green beans and peach cobbler for dessert. 🍑
