Craft: “Light of the World Candle Holder” ✨🕯️🌟

Theme: Celebrating Jesus as the Light of the World — a glowing reminder for your home.

❤️ What You’ll Need:

• Glass candle holder or small jar

• Vellum paper or tracing paper

• Black silhouette of baby Jesus in the manger OR a simple nativity outline

• Mod Podge or clear-drying glue

• LED tealight or small battery candle

• Gold ribbon or twine

• Optional:

  • Gold glitter

  • Star stickers

  • Scripture tag

✨ Directions:

1. Prepare the Vellum Wrap

Cut a piece of vellum to wrap around your glass candle holder.Make sure it fits smoothly around the jar.

2. Add the Nativity Silhouette

Glue your silhouette (Jesus in the manger, Holy Family, or full manger scene) to the center of the vellum strip.

3. Attach to Candle Holder

Brush a thin layer of Mod Podge onto the jar and wrap the vellum around it carefully.Smooth out any bubbles and let dry until clear.

4. Add the Star Accents

Place a gold star sticker above the silhouette or add tiny hand-drawn stars with a gold pen.

5. Add Light

Place your LED tealight inside.The silhouette will glow beautifully through the vellum when lit — like a gentle lantern.

6. Finish with Ribbon

Tie gold ribbon or jute twine around the top rim of the jar.Add a tiny charm, mini bell, or small scripture tag if desired.
