🎁 Christmas Craft Countdown – Day 34 (December 12)


Craft: “Christmas Blessings Memory Jar” ✨🙏🎄

Theme:A beautiful jar where you write down blessings, answered prayers, and moments of joy all season long — then read them on Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve.

This craft becomes a keepsake of God’s faithfulness!

❤️ What You’ll Need:

  • Mason jar or decorative jar

  • Christmas scrapbook paper or cardstock

  • Ribbon or twine

  • Small tag

  • Markers or gel pens

  • Mini clothespins (optional)

  • Glitter, stickers, or embellishments

  • Optional extras:

    • LED tealight to make the jar glow

    • Tiny nativity charm

    • Scripture verse printed on the lid

✨ Directions:

1. Decorate the Jar

Wrap the jar with:

  • Scrapbook paper

  • A strip of burlap

  • Christmas patterned cardstock

Glue or tape it securely.

Add ribbon or twine around the top and tie a bow.

2. Add a Tag

Write on the tag:✨ “Christmas Blessings Jar”or✨ “Count Your Blessings”

Attach it to the ribbon.

3. Prepare the Papers

Cut small slips of paper in Christmas colors.These will be used to write blessings and answered prayers.

Place them inside the jar.

4. Optional: Add Scripture

Glue a verse to the inside or outside, such as:

  • Psalm 103:2 — “Bless the Lord… and forget not all his benefits.”

  • James 1:17 — “Every good gift… is from above.”

5. Display

Place your jar:

  • By the tree

  • On your prayer table

  • On a kitchen counter

  • In your office

Throughout December, write down:

  • Blessings

  • Special moments

  • Things God did for you

  • Prayers He answered

  • Memories you want to hold

6. Christmas or New Year Tradition

On Christmas Night or New Year’s Eve, open the jar and read every blessing — a beautiful reminder of God’s goodness.
