Craft: “Snowflake Scripture Lantern” ❄️📖✨

Theme: Let God’s Word shine bright this Christmas season

❄️ What You’ll Need:

• 1 glass jar or cylinder vase

• Snowflake stickers OR paper snowflakes

• Vellum paper (or regular paper)

• Favorite Christmas scripture printed or handwritten

• LED tea light or small candle

• Mod Podge or clear-drying glue

• Silver ribbon, twine, or lace

• Optional:

  • Glitter

  • Mini snowflakes

  • Faux snow for the bottom

✨ Directions:

1. Prepare the Scripture Wrap:Print or write your scripture (KJV) on vellum paper.Great verses include:

   • Luke 2:14

   • Isaiah 9:6

   • Matthew 1:23

2. Attach to the Jar:Wrap the vellum around the jar and glue it in place so that the scripture is centered.Vellum allows the light to glow beautifully through the words.

3. Add Snowflakes:Place snowflake stickers randomly around the scripture, or glue paper snowflakes for a delicate look.

4. Light It Up:Place faux snow at the bottom (optional) and set an LED candle inside.Watch the scripture glow like a warm winter beacon.

5. Finishing Touches:Wrap silver ribbon or twine around the top of the jar.Add a bow, charm, or mini snowflake for accent.
