Teacup + matching saucer
Strong outdoor glue (E6000 works great)
Twine, chain, or ribbon
Drill (optional, for hanging holes)
Bird seed

Glue the teacup to the saucer (slightly tilted if desired).
Let dry completely (overnight).
Attach twine or chain securely for hanging.
Fill with bird seed.
