💚 “Lucky Layered Shamrock Door Hanger” 🍀✨
đź’ˇ The Idea
Create a bold, layered shamrock door hanger using Dollar Tree wood cutouts, ribbon, and decorative mesh.
It’s eye-catching, festive, and perfect for March prep!
🧺 Dollar Tree Supplies:
Wooden shamrock sign (or two different sizes)
Green acrylic paint (multiple shades if possible)
Gold paint or metallic marker
Ribbon (green, gold, plaid, or burlap)
Decorative mesh (optional)
Hot glue gun
Foam brushes
Twine or jute rope
Stick-on gems or glitter (optional)
✨ How To Make It:
Paint one shamrock dark green.
Paint a second shamrock lighter green (for layering).
Let dry fully.
Stack and glue smaller shamrock on top for dimension.
Lightly dry-brush gold paint along edges for shimmer.
Add a ribbon bow at the stem.
Attach twine to hang.
đź’š Extra Cute Add-Ons:
Add wooden letters that say “Lucky”
Attach a small gold coin accent
Add a tiny tag: “Blessed & Lucky”
Add polka dots with a cotton swab
🏡 Perfect For:
Front doors
Mantels
Classroom décor
Vendor booths
Gift baskets
Add a small tag that says:
“Blessed”
“The Lord bless thee…” — Numbers 6:24 (KJV)
Do you decorate for St. Patrick’s Day or go straight to spring?
