Today, God invites you to lay it all down.Not because your grief is too much for Him,but because He cares for you.

Every worry.Every memory.Every ache.Every tear you’ve tried to hold back.

You don’t have to carry them alone.

Casting your cares doesn’t mean you stop loving or stop remembering. It means you trust God enough to hold what is weighing your heart. He handles your pain with tenderness, never minimizing it, never rushing you past it.

God cares about you—about the empty places,about the quiet sadness,about the moments you smile and the moments you can’t.

Today, allow yourself to release what feels heavy. Even if it’s just a little. Even if it’s just for this moment. God is strong enough to carry your sorrow and gentle enough to hold your heart.
