Holy Thursday marks one of the most intimate and powerful nights in Holy Week.

It is the night of:🍞 The Last Supper🕊 Servant leadership🙏 Deep prayer in the garden

📖 The Last Supper

Jesus gathered with His disciples and broke bread, saying:

“Take, eat; this is my body.”— Matthew 26:26 (KJV)

“For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.”— Matthew 26:28 (KJV)

This was more than a meal…It was a covenant of grace.

🕊 A Lesson in Humility

Jesus, the King of Kings, knelt down and washed His disciples’ feet.

“If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet.”— John 13:14 (KJV)

He showed us that true greatness is found in serving others with love.

🌿 The Garden of Gethsemane

Later that night, Jesus prayed in deep anguish:

“O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.”— Matthew 26:39 (KJV)

Even knowing what was coming…He chose obedience.

He chose the cross.He chose you.

• Am I remembering the sacrifice Jesus made for me?

🌿 Today’s Reminder

Before the cross…there was a table. Before the sacrifice…there was surrender.

💜 Lord, teach me to love like You, serve like You, and surrender like You. Prepare my heart for what You have done for me.
