📖 January Bible Study — New Beginnings in Christ Day 6 – January 6th, 2026: Trusting God With the Unknown

📚 Devotional Thought:

One of the hardest parts of moving forward is stepping into the unknown.

We like plans. We like certainty. We like knowing how things will turn out. But God often asks us to move forward before everything makes sense—because faith grows strongest when it is exercised, not explained.

Walking by faith means trusting God even when the details are unclear. It means believing that He is working behind the scenes, even when we cannot yet see the outcome. Faith is not the absence of questions—it is the choice to trust God in the midst of them.

Throughout Scripture, God’s people walked into uncertainty with faith:

• Abraham left his home not knowing where he was going.

• Moses led people through the wilderness without seeing the end.

• The disciples followed Jesus without knowing where the road would lead.

And yet, God was faithful every step of the way.

January 6th reminds us that the future Jesus has for us does not require us to see everything clearly—it requires us to trust Him completely. When we walk by faith, God guides our steps, strengthens our hearts, and reveals His plans in His perfect timing.

You don’t need to know the whole journey. You only need to know who you are walking with.

Faith does not eliminate uncertainty—it overcomes it.

Jesus is not asking you to see the future. He is asking you to trust Him with it.
