šŸ“– January Bible Study — New Beginnings in Christ Day 9 – January 9th, 2026: Let God Direct Your Steps

šŸ•Šļø Key Scripture (KJV):ā€œIn all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.ā€ā€” Proverbs 3:6

šŸ“š Devotional Thought:

As we move forward into the new year, one of the most comforting promises in Scripture is this: God directs the paths of those who trust Him.

We often want to map out our future in detail—planning each step, anticipating every outcome, and controlling every variable. But God invites us to a better way: acknowledge Him in all things.

Acknowledging God means more than praying when we’re uncertain. It means inviting Him into every area of life—our decisions, relationships, work, dreams, and even our waiting.

When we truly acknowledge God, He promises to direct our steps—not always by removing obstacles, but by guiding us through them with wisdom and peace.

January 9th reminds us that the future Jesus has for us is not something we have to figure out alone. God is faithful to lead us when we seek Him, trust Him, and surrender our plans to Him.

Looking back often brings confusion or regret. Looking forward with God brings clarity and peace.

šŸ“– Daily Bible Reading — January 9th:Genesis 20–22(A powerful reminder of trust, obedience, and God’s provision, especially in Abraham’s journey.)

šŸ™ Prayer Prompt:

Lord, I invite You into every part of my life.Help me acknowledge You in all my ways and trust You to guide my steps.Direct my path according to Your will and purpose for my life.

āœļø Reflection Questions:

• Are there areas of my life I’ve been hesitant to fully surrender to God?• What does it mean for me to acknowledge God in all my ways?• How can I better seek God’s guidance daily?

✨ Encouragement for Today

You don’t need to know every turn in the road. You just need to walk with the One who directs the path.

Look forward—God is leading you.Ā šŸ’œ
