❄️ Winter Weekend Craft – Saturday, January 10, 2026

Craft: “Snowy Kindness Cards” 🤍❄️✉️

Theme:Spreading warmth and kindness during the coldest season.

This is a wonderful hands-on, outward-focused craft—perfect for families, grandkids, church groups, or quiet weekend creativity.

❤️ What You’ll Need:

  • White or light-blue cardstock

  • Cotton balls or white tissue paper

  • Glue

  • Markers or pens

  • Snowflake stickers (optional)

✨ Directions:

  1. Fold cardstock into simple cards.

  2. Glue cotton balls or tissue to create “snowy clouds” or snowdrifts.

  3. Write a kind message inside such as:

    • “You are loved”

    • “Praying for you”

    • “God sees you”

  4. Optional: add a short scripture:

    • Galatians 6:9

    • Romans 15:13

  5. Deliver, mail, or quietly place where someone will find it.

Craft: “Sabbath Snow Globe Prayer” 🕊️❄️🕯️

Theme:Resting in God’s peace — letting everything else settle.

This craft is slow, reflective, and perfect for Sunday stillness.

❤️ What You’ll Need:

  • Clear jar with lid

  • White paper strips

  • Pen

  • White glitter or faux snow

  • LED candle or tealight

  • Ribbon or twine

✨ Directions:

  1. On paper strips, write:

    • Prayers

    • Names

    • One word you’re giving to God

  2. Place strips into the jar.

  3. Add a small pinch of glitter or faux snow.

  4. Place an LED candle inside or beside the jar.

  5. Tie ribbon around the lid and label:

    • “Be Still” or “Sabbath Rest”

Sit quietly. Pray. Let your thoughts settle like snow.
