🧺 What You’ll Need (Thrift Store Find!)
1 hardcover book (thicker works best)
Craft knife or box cutter
Mod Podge or glue
Plastic liner or wax paper
Soil & small plants (or faux flowers 🌸)
Optional:
Moss
Ribbon or twine
Small scripture tag
🛠 Instructions
1️⃣ Hollow Out the Book
Carefully cut a rectangle into the center pages, leaving about a 1-inch border.
2️⃣ Seal the Pages
Brush Mod Podge around the cut edges to hold pages together. Let dry.
3️⃣ Add Liner
Place plastic or wax paper inside to protect the book.
4️⃣ Fill & Plant
Add soil and small plants—or use faux flowers for a no-maintenance option.
5️⃣ Decorate
Add moss, ribbon, or a small tag for a finished look.
