🫘 Pinto Bean & Beef Camp Pot
A simple, slow-simmered stew — rich, filling, and perfect for cold evenings.
Serves: 6–8Cook Time: 1½ hours (less with canned beans)
Ingredients
1 lb beef stew meat
2 cups pinto beans (soaked) or 2 cans
1 small onion, diced
4–5 cups beef broth
Black pepper & salt
Instructions
Brown beef. Add onion and beans.
Pour in broth and season.
Simmer until beans are tender and stew thickens.
