🫘 Pinto Bean & Beef Camp Pot

A simple, slow-simmered stew — rich, filling, and perfect for cold evenings.

Serves: 6–8Cook Time: 1½ hours (less with canned beans)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat

  • 2 cups pinto beans (soaked) or 2 cans

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 4–5 cups beef broth

  • Black pepper & salt

Instructions

  1. Brown beef. Add onion and beans.

  2. Pour in broth and season.

  3. Simmer until beans are tender and stew thickens.
