“Treasured Moments Memory Ornament” ✨📜🎄
Theme:Holding onto what mattered most — just as Mary treasured and pondered the moments in her heart.
This craft is gentle, reflective, and perfect for the slower pace of December 26.
❤️ What You’ll Need:
Clear ornament (plastic or glass)
Small paper strips (white, kraft, or parchment-style)
Pen or fine-tip marker
Twine or ribbon
Optional:
Gold or silver confetti
Mini heart charm
Tiny star charm
Glitter (very light touch)
✨ Directions:
1. Reflect Before Writing
Take a quiet moment and think about:
A moment from Christmas Day that mattered most
A prayer that was answered
A feeling you want to remember
A word God placed on your heart
2. Write the Memories
On small paper strips, write short phrases such as:
“Family laughter”
“Peace in the quiet”
“God’s faithfulness”
“Answered prayer”
“Together again”
“Hope restored”
You can include names, dates, or a short scripture like Luke 2:19.
3. Fill the Ornament
Gently roll the paper strips and place them inside the ornament.Add a tiny sprinkle of confetti or glitter if desired.
4. Finish the Ornament
Attach ribbon or twine for hanging.Optional: Write “Treasured – 2025” on the outside with a paint pen.
5. Display or Store
Hang it on the tree for the remainder of the season
Store it safely and open it next Christmas
Create one each year as a family tradition
✝️ Faith Reflection:
Luke 2:19 (KJV)“But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart.”
December 26 reminds us that the miracle didn’t end — it settled into our hearts.
