Isaiah 43:19“Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth…”

Lamentations 3:22–23“…his compassions fail not. They are new every morning…”

Philippians 3:14“I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”

Every new week is a gift from God.

A fresh beginning.A clean page.Another opportunity to move forward in the calling He has placed on your life.

Sometimes as writers, we can become discouraged by what didn’t happen last week.

The unfinished chapter.The missed writing time.The goals we didn’t quite reach.

But God never intended for you to live looking backward.

Isaiah reminds us that He is always doing something new.

New ideas.New inspiration.New opportunities to grow.

Lamentations reminds us that His mercies are new every morning.

That means today is not weighed down by yesterday.

You can release the frustration.Release the guilt.Release the pressure.

And simply begin again.

Philippians encourages us to keep pressing forward.

Not perfectly.Not fearfully.But faithfully.

You don’t have to write the entire book today.

You simply need to take the next step.

Because every faithful step matters.

And even when progress feels small…

God is still moving.
