June is here, and with it comes endless possibilities for the stories God has placed within your heart.

Maybe May was productive.

Maybe you made great progress on your manuscript.

Or perhaps life happened, and your writing goals took a back seat.

Whatever May looked like...

Today is not about looking back.

It's about looking forward.

God specializes in new beginnings.

Isaiah reminds us that He is always doing something new.

New ideas.

New inspiration.

New opportunities.

New doors.

As writers, we sometimes wait for the perfect moment to begin.

The perfect outline.

The perfect amount of time.

The perfect circumstances.

But often God simply asks us to take the next step.

One page.

One paragraph.

One sentence.

One idea.

Lamentations reminds us that His mercies are new every morning.

That means yesterday's missed opportunities don't define today's possibilities.

You don't have to carry unfinished goals into this new month with guilt.

Instead, carry them with hope.

This month, dream again.

Plan again.

Write again.

Believe again.

Because the story God placed in your heart still matters.

The book still matters.

The message still matters.

And the people God intends to reach through your words still matter.

Pray over your vision.

Bless the work of my hands and help me stay faithful to the calling You have given me.
