🌿 Monday, June 15, 2026✨ A Fresh Week, A Fresh Chapter ✨
đź“– Scripture (KJV)
Isaiah 43:18-19“Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing…”
Philippians 3:13-14“…forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark…”
Psalm 90:17“And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us…”
✍️ Devotional Thought
Welcome to a new week.
A new beginning.
A fresh chapter.
As authors, we often spend too much time looking backward.
We replay the missed goals.
The unfinished chapters.
The days we didn't write.
The opportunities we wish we had taken.
But God never intended for yesterday's disappointments to define today's possibilities.
Isaiah reminds us not to dwell on former things.
Why?
Because God is doing something new.
New ideas.
New inspiration.
New opportunities.
New growth.
Paul understood this truth well.
He knew he couldn't change the past, but he could continue pressing forward.
And that's exactly what God is calling you to do this week.
Not to write perfectly.
Not to have all the answers.
Not to finish everything at once.
But simply to move forward.
One paragraph.
One page.
One prayer.
One faithful step at a time.
Psalm 90 reminds us to ask God to establish the work of our hands.
When we place our writing in His hands, even small efforts can become something beautiful.
So don't carry last week's frustrations into this new week.
Leave them at the feet of Jesus.
This is a fresh chapter.
And the Author of your life is already preparing the pages ahead.

🙏 Prayer
Father,
Thank You for the gift of a new week and a fresh chapter. Help me to release the disappointments of yesterday and embrace the opportunities of today. Guide my thoughts, inspire my words, and establish the work of my hands. Teach me to trust You with every page and every season of this journey.
In Jesus' name, Amen.
