Habakkuk 2:2–3“…Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables…For the vision is yet for an appointed time…”

Proverbs 29:18“Where there is no vision, the people perish…”

Hebrews 10:35–36“Cast not away therefore your confidence…For ye have need of patience…”

✍️ Devotional Thought

As time goes on, it’s easy to lose sight of the vision.

Life gets busy.Responsibilities pile up.Discouragement tries to creep in.

And before long, the excitement you once felt about writing…

Starts to fade.

That’s why it’s important to keep the vision in front of you.

Habakkuk reminds us to write the vision and make it plain.

Why?

Because vision gives direction.

It reminds you why you started.It helps you stay focused when progress feels slow.It keeps your heart connected to the purpose behind the writing.

Proverbs reminds us that without vision, people lose direction.

The same is true in writing.

When we forget the purpose…

We lose momentum.

Hebrews encourages us not to throw away our confidence.

Even if the journey is taking longer than expected…

The vision still matters.

God has not forgotten the dream He placed inside you.

So today, reconnect with the vision.

💜 Re-read your notes💜 Pray over your goals💜 Remember why you started writing

And most importantly…

Trust God’s timing.

Because just because something isn’t finished yet…

Doesn’t mean God isn’t still working.

The vision still has purpose.

And your story is still unfolding.
