Isaiah 6:8“…Here am I; send me.”

Ephesians 2:10“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works…”

2 Corinthians 9:8“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you…”

✍️ Devotional Thought

Sometimes we overthink the calling to write.

We wonder if we’re ready.If we’re qualified.If we have enough time, talent, or experience.

We may even hesitate…

Waiting for the perfect moment.The perfect words.The perfect plan.

But God is not looking for perfection.

He is looking for a simple, willing “yes.”

Isaiah didn’t have all the answers when he said,“Here am I; send me.”

He just made himself available.

And that’s what God is asking of you.

Not to have it all figured out.Not to have every chapter planned.Not to know exactly how it will all come together.

Just to say…

“Lord, I’m willing.”

Ephesians reminds us that you were created with purpose.

That includes the words you carry.The story you’ve lived.The message inside your heart.

God designed you for this.

And 2 Corinthians reminds us that God will provide the grace you need.

Grace to write.Grace to keep going.Grace to finish.

You don’t have to carry this alone.

You don’t have to rely on your own strength.

You simply bring your willingness…

And God will do the rest.

So today, don’t wait for everything to be perfect.

Don’t wait for fear to disappear.

Just say yes.

Pick up your pen.Open your document.Take that next step.

Because when you give God your yes…

He will use it in ways you never imagined.

Have I been waiting until I feel ready to write?

What is God asking me to say “yes” to today?

How can I step forward in faith, even if I feel unsure?

🙏 Prayer

Father,Thank You for calling me and placing this purpose in my heart. Help me to trust You more and to say yes, even when I feel uncertain. Give me the courage to step forward in faith and the grace to continue. Use my willingness for Your glory.In Jesus’ name, Amen.
