✝️ Scripture of the Day

“Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters...”— Jeremiah 17:7-8 (KJV)

Just like a tree draws strength and nourishment from the water beneath, our hope is sustained by God’s Word. We may not see the fruit right away, but growth is always happening beneath the surface. Keep trusting. Keep standing. You’re planted, not buried.

📜 On This Day in History – July 10

• 1925 – The Scopes "Monkey" Trial began in Tennessee, bringing public debate over the teaching of evolution. Today, we still stand boldly for the truth of God as our Creator—the Author of life, order, and beauty.

• 1962 – Telstar 1, the first communications satellite, was launched. It changed how the world stayed connected. And yet, even before satellites, prayer has always been the original wireless connection—direct, constant, and powerful.

• National Kitten Day – A sweet reminder that even the smallest among us reflect the tender love of our Creator. If you have a furry friend, give them some extra love today—or consider donating to a local shelter.

Sometimes Wednesdays feel like we’re stuck in between—the weekend feels far away, and the start of the week has already taken its toll. But here’s the good news: God does some of His best work in the middle. In the middle of battles. In the middle of storms. In the middle of the waiting.

So if today finds you in the middle of a trial or transition, take heart:💧 The Living Water is near.🌿 You are rooted in His love.🌸 Fruit is coming.
