Weekends are a gift—an invitation to slow down, to breathe deeply, and to reflect on God’s goodness. Whether you are busy with family plans, catching up on chores, or simply resting, remember that your soul also needs time to pause in His presence.

Rest is not laziness. Rest is obedience when we take the time to let our hearts be still before the Lord.

Jesus invites us to bring our burdens to Him—not to carry them alone. In His arms, we find true rest.
