🌿 “Cast Your Cares” 🌿
Good morning, beautiful soul.
There are things we carry that no one else can see.
Worries about the future…burdens from today…concerns that quietly sit on our hearts.
We try to manage them.We try to figure them out.We try to hold it all together.
But God never asked you to carry it all.
He invites you to release it.
“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.”— 1 Peter 5:7 (KJV)
Not some of your cares…
All of them.
The big worries. The small concerns. The things you’ve told others…and the things you’ve kept to yourself.
God cares about every part of your life.
When you hold onto worry, it weighs you down. But when you give it to God, He carries what you cannot.
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”— Matthew 11:28 (KJV)
He offers rest for your mind…peace for your heart…and strength for your spirit.
But it begins with letting go.
So today…
Take a moment to pause.
Name the things that are weighing on you.Speak them to God.Release them into His hands.
You don’t have to carry it anymore.
He cares for you—deeply and personally.
