🌿 “God Is Your Strength” 🌿

Good morning, beautiful soul.

There are days when you feel strong…and then there are days when even the smallest things feel heavy.

Days when your energy is low…your heart feels tired…and your strength feels like it’s running out.

If today feels like one of those days, hear this truth clearly:

You don’t have to rely on your own strength.

God is your strength.

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”— Psalm 46:1 (KJV)

Not just in the good moments…not just when things are easy…

But especially in the hard ones.

When you feel like you can’t keep going—He strengthens you.

When you feel overwhelmed—He steadies you.

When you feel weak—He lifts you up.

“The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped…”— Psalm 28:7 (KJV)

Notice this—when we trust Him,He helps us.

Not always by removing the situation immediately…but by giving us what we need to walk through it.

Strength doesn’t always look like power.

Sometimes it looks like:• Taking one more step• Saying one more prayer• Holding on just a little longer

“That he would grant you… to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man.”— Ephesians 3:16 (KJV)

God strengthens you from the inside out.

So today…

If you feel tired—lean on Him.If you feel weak—trust Him.If you feel overwhelmed—rest in Him.

You are not doing this alone.

His strength is carrying you.

💛 Reflection

Where do I need to stop relying on my own strength and allow God to strengthen me today?

🙏 Prayer

Father,Thank You for being my strength when I feel weak. Help me to lean on You instead of trying to do everything on my own. Fill me with Your strength, renew my spirit, and carry me through whatever I face today. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
