🌿 “Be Still and Trust” 🌿
Good morning, beautiful soul.
Life can become so loud sometimes.
Responsibilities…worries…plans…constant movement…
It’s easy to become overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything around us.
But in the middle of all the noise, God gives a simple invitation:
Be still.
“Be still, and know that I am God…”— Psalm 46:10 (KJV)
Stillness is not weakness.
It is a posture of trust.
It’s choosing to pause long enough to remember who God is.
When you are still before Him,your heart begins to settle.Your mind begins to quiet.Your spirit begins to rest.
Sometimes we rush ahead trying to fix everything ourselves.
But God never asked you to carry every burden alone.
“The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”— Exodus 14:14 (KJV)
There are battles God is handling for you right now—even when you cannot see it.
So today…
Pause for a moment.
Take a deep breath.Quiet the worry.Release the pressure.
And simply rest in His presence.
He is still God.He is still faithful.And He is still in control.

What worries or distractions do I need to quiet today so I can truly rest in God’s presence?
🙏 Prayer
Father,Help me to slow down and be still before You today. Quiet the noise in my heart and mind, and teach me to trust You more deeply. Remind me that You are in control and faithfully working in every situation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
