God reminds us to slow down and notice the blessings already surrounding us.

The warmth of the morning sun...

A child's laughter...

A phone call from a friend...

A blooming flower...

A quiet moment with God's Word...

Sometimes the greatest joys are found in the simplest moments.

"This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it."— Psalm 118:24 (KJV)

Joy is not found in having everything we want.

Joy is found in recognizing the goodness of God in what we already have.

Jesus often pointed people toward simple things.

He spoke of sparrows, mustard seeds, lilies, vineyards, and children.

Why?

Because God is often found in the ordinary moments we rush past.

When we slow down enough to notice His blessings, gratitude begins to grow.
