🌿 Devotional Thought

One of the most beautiful truths about love is that it changes us.

The people we love leave their fingerprints on our hearts.

They shape our lives through their kindness.Their laughter.Their wisdom.Their love.

And even after they are gone, the impact they made remains.

Sometimes grief causes us to focus on what we have lost.

And while that loss is very real, there is another truth that deserves to be remembered:

We were blessed because they were here.

Maybe they taught you how to be strong.

Maybe they taught you how to laugh.

Maybe they showed you what unconditional love looks like.

Maybe they helped shape the person you are today.

Their life mattered.

Their love mattered.

And the beautiful things they poured into your life did not disappear when they left this earth.

They continue living through you.

Every time you share a lesson they taught.Every time you tell their story.Every time you show kindness because they once showed kindness to you.

Their legacy continues.

Today, instead of focusing only on the pain of their absence, take a moment to thank God for the gift of their presence.

Thank Him for the memories.Thank Him for the lessons.Thank Him for the love.

Because while grief reminds us they are gone,

Love reminds us they were here.

And what a beautiful blessing that is.
