Good morning, ! 🤠We’re heading into the weekend with a bold, hearty, crowd-favorite meal—a perfect mix of chili and cheesy macaroni all in one skillet!
This chuckwagon classic is filling, flavorful, and easy to make, making it perfect for a Friday night meal or feeding a hungry crew.

1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon oil or bacon grease
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
2 cups beef broth
1 can (15 oz) chili beans (do not drain)
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1️⃣ Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
2️⃣ Add oil and brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
3️⃣ Stir in onion and garlic; cook until soft and fragrant.

5️⃣ Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
6️⃣ Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
