š„ Chuckwagon Serving Tip
Complete your meal with:
Buttered Texas toast š§
Grilled asparagus or green beans š«
Fresh garden salad š„
Homemade blackberry cobbler š«
Sweet iced tea š
ā Pitmaster's Tip
For restaurant-quality steak, let it rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes before cooking. A hot cast iron skillet creates a flavorful crust while keeping the inside juicy and tender.
