Welcome to July! 🇺🇸 We're kicking off the month with a festive summer favorite loaded with smoky BBQ chicken, sweet corn, crispy bacon, and plenty of cheesy goodness.

This easy casserole is perfect for cookouts, family gatherings, and celebrating America's 250th birthday month!

🍗🥓🧀 Ingredients

• 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

• 1 cup BBQ sauce

• 1 cup sweet corn

• 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

• 1 cup sour cream

• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• ½ teaspoon black pepper

• French fried onions for topping

🔥 Chuckwagon Cooking Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F.

2️⃣ Combine chicken, BBQ sauce, corn, sour cream, seasonings, and half the bacon.

3️⃣ Spread into a greased casserole dish.

4️⃣ Top with cheese and remaining bacon.

5️⃣ Bake for 25–30 minutes.

6️⃣ Sprinkle French fried onions over the top during the last 5 minutes.
