This one-pan meal is perfect for busy Mondays and guaranteed to bring everyone running to the dinner table!

🥩 Ingredients

For the Steak Tips

  • 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

🥔 For the Loaded Campfire Potatoes

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes, quartered

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 3 green onions, sliced

  • Sour cream for serving (optional)

🔥 Let's Get Cooking!

1️⃣ Prepare the potatoes.

Preheat your oven to 425°F.

Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning.

Spread them onto a baking sheet and roast for 30–35 minutes, turning halfway through.

2️⃣ Cook the steak.

Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the steak with smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Sear the steak tips for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3️⃣ Add the garlic butter.

Reduce the heat to medium.

Add the butter, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce.

Cook for another 2–3 minutes, spooning the butter over the steak.

4️⃣ Finish the potatoes.

Remove the potatoes from the oven.

Top with cheddar cheese and bacon.

Return them to the oven for 3–5 minutes, until the cheese melts.

Sprinkle with green onions.

5️⃣ Serve and enjoy!

Garnish the steak with fresh parsley and serve alongside the loaded potatoes.

🥄 Serve It Up With

  • 🌽 Buttered corn on the cob

  • 🥗 Fresh garden salad

  • 🥒 Sliced cucumbers and tomatoes

  • 🥖 Warm dinner rolls

  • 🍋 Sweet tea

And for dessert?

🍎 Warm apple pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

MawMaw's Kitchen Tip

For extra-tender steak, let it rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes before cooking.

And remember—a hot cast-iron skillet is the secret to getting that beautiful steakhouse crust! 🤠
