Good morning, ! š¤ Weāre heading into the weekend with a warm, comforting, crowd-pleasing mealĀ that feels like home after a long week.
This chuckwagon favorite combines tender chicken, creamy filling, and golden biscuitsāall baked together in one hearty dish.
šš„ Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried thyme
1 can refrigerated biscuits
š„ Chuckwagon Cooking Instructions
1ļøā£ Preheat oven or Dutch oven to 375°F.
2ļøā£ In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, vegetables, and seasonings.
3ļøā£ Pour mixture into a greased cast iron skillet or Dutch oven.
