This Loaded Summer Brunch CasseroleĀ is packed with savory sausage, crispy hash browns, fluffy eggs, and plenty of melted cheese. It's easy to make, feeds a crowd, and tastes even better the next day!

1 lb breakfast sausage
1 bag (30 oz) frozen hash browns
8 large eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1ļøā£ Preheat oven or Dutch oven to 375°F.
