🌶️🍗🧀 Ingredients

• 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed or shredded

• 2 cups cooked rice

• 1 green bell pepper, sliced

• 1 red bell pepper, sliced

• 1 small onion, sliced

• 1 packet fajita seasoning

• 1 can Rotel tomatoes

• 1 cup sour cream

• 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

• 1 tablespoon olive oil

🔥 Chuckwagon Cooking Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F.

2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté peppers and onions until tender.
