We're kicking off a brand-new week with a fun, hearty recipe that combines two summer favoritesāchili dogs and buttery biscuits!
This easy casserole is packed with smoky hot dogs, hearty chili, melty cheese, and golden biscuits baked to perfection. It's the kind of meal that brings smiles to the table and is perfect for busy summer evenings.

šš«š§ Ingredients
8 hot dogs, sliced
1 can chili (with or without beans)
1 small onion, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 can refrigerated biscuits
Optional: sliced jalapeƱos
