Good morning, folks! 🤠Today’s chuckwagon favorite is a thick, creamy, smoky chowder packed with tender chicken, sweet corn, and hearty potatoes—perfect for a cozy supper after a long day.
This one-pot meal is rich, comforting, and full of old-fashioned chuckwagon flavor!
🌽🍗🥔 Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
3 medium potatoes, diced
1 tablespoon butter
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup milk or heavy cream
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Optional: cooked bacon pieces for topping
