Good morning, folks! 🤠Today’s chuckwagon favorite is a bold, smoky, flavor-packed skillet meal loaded with crispy potatoes, savory sausage, and a creamy Cajun-style sauce that brings just the right amount of kick!

This one-pan comfort meal is hearty, easy to make, and perfect for supper around the table.

🌭🥔🌶️ Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced

  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup milk or heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Optional: green onions for garnish
